Beautiful villa, lovely warm pool

We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. We loved that the top bedroom was so separate and it meant that we had our own patio and space. My only comment is that while this was perfect now my children are in their 20s, if I’d have come when they were younger and found that one bedroom had a separate entrance I wouldn’t have been so keen. It’s worth knowing that if coming with a younger family. We have all said we would love to go back, and would love to stay there again.

Villa très agréable, très belle piscine.Peut-être quelques ustensiles à compléter comme : bols pour le petit déjeuner par exemple. Sinon équipement de qualité.Et un grand merci à l’agence qui gère la location pour leur réactivité et leur gentillesse.Seul bémol, l’information sur le coût de l’électricité (non négligeable) devrait être plus explicite par une estimation dans l’annonce car il modifie le prix de la location.

Très belle villa, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée dans un quartier calme mais proche de tout (commerces, plages...). Un petit plus bien apprécié : le garage qui permet de garer la voiture en sécurité et à l'abri de la chaleur.Attention : il faut quand même compter 15' de voiture pour aller dans le centre de Dénia.

Super goed

Wij hebben met z'n zes een heel fijn verblijf gehad!!! (ouders, kinderen en vriendinnen van de kinderen) Echt alles was aanwezig. Jammer dat de wasmachine stuk was en ik met vuile was terug huiswaarts moest maar deze is de laatste minuten van ons verblijf vervangen dus U kan gewoon terug wassen. Het vinden van het verblijf was niet evident aangezien google een andere locatie aangaf maar we werden heel erg goed door het agentschap ter plekke geholpen. Genoeg in de buurt aanwezig om al je boodschappen te doen, zee op wandelafstand (wel niet ons favoriet strand), bakker en slager ook. Italiaans restaurant dicht bij de Strudel (=bakkertje) aan te raden. In het barretje om de hoek kan je iets gaan drinken. Kortom alles aanwezig voor een TOP verblijf. Wijzelf gingen het graag iets verder zoeken en een wagen is dan wel aangewezen als je niet heel de tijd in het huis wil blijven. Groot en aangenaam zwembad. Douche water buiten liep niet weg maar daar gingen ze iets aan doen. Airco's werken naar behoren maar er hangt een kost aan vast als je ze heel de dag door zou laten aanstaan. Toch kon deze kost voor ons de pret niet bederven. Zowel de eigenaars als de tussenfirma waren heel erg behulpzaam er reageren op vragen, ... . Een aanrader dus!! Geniet van je fijn verblijf zou ik zeggen. Bedankt nog voor alles en tot ... . Zonnige groetjes van ons zes :)
