Good location to explore an interesting old town, right next to the huge aqueduct. Very helpful with parking for our motorbikes too - right outside the reception doors where they could be watched 24-7.

It is easy to find in the town, on a main road that is near a gas station, and it is in walking distance with the hilltop fort that is the historical attraction for that area. Nice place and very friendly people, a few restaurants close by in walking range. In summer, they will have a pool open in the back and that will be nice. Good breakfast too. Good value.

Boa localização, atendimento da recepcionista Isabel foi excelente, com simpatia e atenção, explicando sobre o hotel e a cidade e recebendo-nos com gentileza e eficiência, além de alojar-nos em um quarto em frente ao Aqueduto com visual espetacular. A Isabel foi uma querida, sempre amável e solícita. Estacionamento sem custo no outro lado da rua do hotel aos pés do Aqueduto. Decoração geral e ambiente do café da manhã muito agradáveis e de bom gosto.

O hotel é bom. O quarto é um pouco reduzido. O banheiro é o ponto fraco. A porta de vidro não veda a visão. O lavatório é raso e acumula água. O box do chuveiro é pequeno e com um vão aberto inferior, alagando o banheiro quando usado. O café da manhã é bom. A área da piscina poderia ser boa, mas as pombas atrapalham, chegando a entrar na água.

The Dom Luís Hotel is in a convenient location, but overall the stay was disappointing. The room was small and could use some updates. The bedding needs improvement, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. There were no bathroom amenities provided, and the automatic light in the bathroom was frustrating as it would turn off too quickly. There was also no fridge in the room or ice machine available, which made it inconvenient. The common areas could really use new carpeting, as there was a lingering old cigarette smell throughout. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent, especially considering it was included, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel definitely needs some sprucing up and a few thoughtful touches to make the stay more comfortable.

In a public Which I pacifically search with car park on Site, and when I mention they were very rude. Bathroom in the room had Mould. Disappointed and misleading reviews

Bad experience, found a live roach in the room, the A/C wouldn’t work (in spite of front desk programming it, it went off shortly after), the lights wouldn’t work until front attendant came to turn on breaker. No bar soap to wash hands. Base boards and floor in room looked filthy. Booked two rooms and both had similar problems. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was reasonable. Selected hotel based on good rating and positive reviews on hotels.com; however, these were obviously misleading.
