"Initial impression was not great. Well worn exterior. No office to speak of. Owners send a nice welcome note and give you a door code for your room. No contact with a real person. They nailed a clean bed, clean towels and hot water. Nice job and that is what is most important to us. Fairly fresh paint. There is only so much you can do to an old motel. Brown shag carpet. Hole kicked in wall. Mold/dirt around air duct. Missing chain on door lock. Etc. Strong pros and cons."
"I don’t think it’s unfair to say the place looks like a dump from the outside. But the rooms are clearly renovated and very nice. Not at all what you’d expected when you pull in. I was pleased with our stay. "
"Great place to stay if you find yourself an ELY Nevada. The rooms are a little dated, but this is a Clean, comfortable hotel. They offer breakfast in the morning.. There’s a grocery store next-door, a dollar tree across the street."
