Une erreur de la plateforme m’a fait payer deux chambres au lieu d’une. L’hôtel m’a indiqué qu’il ne pouvait rien faire directement et que seule la plateforme pouvait corriger le problème. Face à notre désarroi, l’établissement nous a proposé une chambre plus grande, présentée comme un geste commercial. Cependant, lorsque j’ai contacté le service clientèle, on m’a informé que l’hôtel refusait finalement de procéder au remboursement, en prétextant que l’attribution de la chambre plus grande constituait déjà une compensation.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Berghang. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Sehr schöne Wellnessanlage. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Zimmer sehr sauber geräumig und hell. Bad auch sehr geräumig und sauber.

Das Hotel und die Mitarbeitenden sind enorm freundlich, zuvorkommen und lieb. Der Aufenthalt kann nur so angenehm sein, wenn die Atmosphäre stimmt und in diesem Hotel hat es sehr gestimmt.

lorsque Hotels.com annonce une réservation en pension complète je m'attends à 1 petit-déjeuner (rien à redire) 1 repas de midi (beaucoup à redire) et 1 repas du soir ( pourrait mieux faire) Le repas de midi n'a jamais été servi.... en lieu et place un snack très très très modeste..... vraiment pas satisfaisant !

Leider hatten wir mit dem Hotel kein Glück. Negativer Höhepunkt: Ich habe mir eine Extradecke aus dem Kleiderschrank geholt, um mich zuzudecken. Diese war voller Hundehaare und getrocknetem Dreck. Eckelhaft. Und das auch noch in dem Schrank, wo wir unsere Kleidung aufgehängt haben. Beim Abendessen mussten wir jeweils sehr lange warten, obwohl man vorher mitteilen muss, wann man essen möchte. Wir haben uns auf die Minute genau daran gehalten und trotzdem saßen wir dort sehr lange hungrig. Im SPA-Vereich gab es abends entweder keine sauberen Becher oder nur leere Kannen (Panoramasauna). Schade. Wir hatten Pech. Die Ausstattung und Lage des Hotels sind eigentlich gut.

The included dinner and breakfast were the best part. Pulling up first impression was that the parking was awful. Had to walk for 5 min in pouring rain to get to reception. Room and amenities were not worth the booking cost.

Das Hotel mit seinem Team hat meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Die Atmosphäre und der Service ist herzlich und menschlich, das Haus und die Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der SPA-Bereich mit Panoramasauna ist schlicht, sehr sauber und für die Größe des Hotels passend. Die Angebote im SPA sind sehr gut und es gibt die Gelegenheit, kostenlos an einzelnen Stunden oder Wanderungen teilzunehmen. Die weiteren Räume sind wohltuend gemütlich und modern. Den ganzen Tag steht Tee und Wasser zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist herausragend: kreative Gerichte, die gut verträglich und sehr schmackhaft sind; wer möchte, kann auch komplett basenfasten. Das Team des Hotels hat auch die Herausforderung bestens gemeistert, bei vollem Betrieb einen unkomplizierten und trotzdem angemessen festlichen Heiligen Abend mit Menü und kreativem Präsent für jeden Gast zu bescheren. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen, entspannten Aufenthalt!

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war lecker. Da es am Wochenende viele Gäste gab, war der Service zeitweise überfordert, hatte nicht den Überblick. Schade.....so mußten wir auf den Gruß des Hauses verzichten. Die Getränke sind sehr teuer......ob Cappuccino oder Aperitiv . Die Zimmer wirken kühl, weiße Wände, keinerlei Deko, der Klinikcharakter kommt durch. Der TV an der Wand wirkt und ist auch viel zu klein. Der Ruheraum im Saunabereich ist mit 12 Liegen ausgestattet.......3 Saunen für höchstens 4 Personen..sehr klein....und die neu eröffnete Außensauna liegt zwar schön, aber der Steinboden war so heiß, dass man sich fast die Füße verbrannte. Um zu wandern, ist das Hotel bestens. Um zu wellnessen, worunter ich nicht nur die Spaanwendungen verstehe, die übrigens für das ganze Wochenende ausgebucht waren, sondern eben auch Saunieren, Ruhe genießen, ist der Saunabereich zu klein. Auch die Kinder, die das kleine Schwimmbecken als Spaßbad benutzten, trugen nicht zur Entspannung bei. Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht....die Konuskarte ist eine tolle Sache....so verbrachten wir den Samstag in Freiburg. Alles in allem ist es ein normaler Hotelaufenthalt gewesen......beim Auschecken wurden wir nicht mal gefragt, ob es uns gefallen hat.....vieles noch verbesserungswürdig.
