“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf.
I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel & Spa, perfectly located in the vibrant Old Quarter. With its charming boutique atmosphere, comfortable rooms, on-site spa, and a tasty breakfast buffet featuring some cook-to-order food, the hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient base.
What truly made our trip special was the outstanding hospitality and genuine personal care shown by the entire team. Their warm, attentive service and consistent 5-star……
