“Maintenance of the guest room is considered good”

“Where to begin?? Everyone was efficient and super helpful. From check in to pool staff. We were on the 20th floor and had club lounge access. The amenities and quality of food and drink available were excellent. Breakfast was vast and very tasty, literally everything you could think of was on the menu and it catered for all nationalities It had just been my husband’s 60th birthday and Yin Yin who was the customer relations officer had found out.

“Mary at the front desk is particularly good-mannered and helpful, very efficient at check in on 25 June and helping to retrieve lost items after we checked out on 27 June.”

“Friendly team and breakfast with good choices. Excellent location with shuttle service that brings you to Orchard Road, but often it's full :) However, it is within walking distance to reach Orchard Road. The hotel has playground for kids, a very warm and happy mood because many families stay in this hotel.”
