“Great location. Staff were wonderful. We felt like hotel staff were genuinely interested in making our stay a great one.”

“TV system was terrible….. TV wouldn’t work properly for most of our stay…. The tv in the bedroom area rarely worked and the channels were not the same as the one in the sitting area when it did function properly. Staff admitted there were problems but did not know how to help….. some channels were not available on the tv in the bedroom. TVs were out dated.”

“Good place to stay for relaxing”

“We enjoyed our stay! The waterfront location was beautiful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better view. The owner was also super nice and responsive. We had a wonderful time.”

“Perfect beach condo.”

“Host was very responsive. View from the balcony was amazing. Easy walking access to pool and beach. Plenty of options for dining close by. Perfect retreat for relaxing, disconnecting, and being present with friends.”

“Exceptional host— very communicative & kind. The rental had amenities above and beyond with attention to details. Clean, comfortable, and wonderful location. Look forward to renting from this host in future!”

“We enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and plenty of space! The walk to the beach isn’t bad, but if you have small kids I would definitely recommend a wagon or something. We also liked that it was close to restaurants.”

“Property was perfectly located and well stocked. Great view of the beach from the balcony, pool on the opposite side, and shops below for quick food and drinks. Easy access to public beach. Would definitely say again.”

“The location and views were wonderful. The home is very comfortable and well appointed. The hosts are gracious and communicative. We would rent here again.”

“We ended our vacation with a short 2 day stay here.. it really made the vacation worthwhile! I own/operate and manage several dozen short/mid/long term rentals so I’m very familiar with this industry. These owners do an excellent job and cover all the bases to create the proper experience you’re paying for when booking a vacation rental. Great location, property and communication.. Highly recommend!”

“The check in instructions were confusing But the accommodations were excellent. Recommend but suggest you talk to agent Ian’s not rely on printed instructions alone.”

“Family vacation.. the house was very spacious. Even though it’s not oceanfront you can see the ocean very well. The public beach access is really close which helped when the storms rolled in. The pool appears small in the pictures, but it’s very spacious as well. The house was well stocked and the elevator came in handy as I’d had knee replacement. I had to contact the property manager about a neighborhood concern and she was very prompt in responding.”

“Our stay was wonderful! Our lab stayed with us..which was great.Pool is nice..alittle cool at times...Covered area below upper deck has a table with chairs...this is nice for some shaded area..House and pool areas were clean .The golfcart was a nice touch to use to get around.Would stay again.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. You can tell that a lot of thought has been put into making your stay as comfortable as possible. Melissa was prompt in all communication and if there was something we needed she made it available for us so we would have less to travel with (wagon, beach toys ,etc). It’s enjoyable for both adults and children. My 2.5 year old son said that it was magical and in some ways it was. The views are great and it’s very charming. The proximity to so many……

“Great experience and great location for boating and beaching.”
