Level Two: Bedroom # 4 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub and TV, Bedroom # 5 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath (this bathroom has a wider door, sink that is easily accessible, bars in wide shower and around toilet) as well as a TV, Bedroom # 6 Oceanfront Master suite, King bed with private bath including whirlpool tub, and TV Bedroom # 7 has 2 Sets of Double over Double Bunk Beds with private bath and a TV, Laundry room.

Caper's Castle allows you to spend your day out on the beach or spend it by your Private Pool which can be heated mid-April - mid-October for $650/week + tax; if the temp goes below 55° the pool heat pump will not work. Don't forget to relax after a long day in the sun out in your Private Hot Tub! There is an Elevator that takes you to all floors. Send the Children downstairs to watch a movie on the 90" Flat Screen HDTV with Elevated Seating! The Outdoor, Gas Grill is perfect for grilling with the family!

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
