“5 adults stayed for 6 days. Pros: Comfortable beds, even the temporary bed . Great location near major tourist locations. Great a/c Cons: It is a cozy 2 bedroom. It’s was snug. It served our needs. If we travel to New York again we would stay again.”

“The space worked perfectly for 4 adults. The location was excellent to walk to local attractions, food spots and public transportation. The main bedroom was very spacious. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!”

“The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive.The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat……

“We were a family of five so there was lots of space for us. It was nice to stay up a bit later and have kids go to sleep in the bedroom. Host’s communication was excellent. Check in was fairly easy. The entry to the building and stairwell were very underwhelming and you have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The unit was as it is described and is older. Some of the trim needs to be painted or replaced. Mixed area nearby with a rec centre and lots of coffee shops and delis.”

“The place was in very bad condition. It is an old apartment that needs update, cockroaches, running in the kitchen and the bathroom. Bathroom, caulking, mold everywhere It is not something that I will rent again”

“Communication with this property was poor from the start. Before arrival, I modified our reservation and then heard nothing for over a week. After multiple attempts to reach someone, I had to contact customer support just to confirm the change had been made. I specifically raised concerns about the lack of communication and was assured we would have a designated manager available 24/7 after check-in. That was not our experience.
