「Great view just like the picture. Included breakfast, I had T-Bone steak and eggs. only negative was no closet or dresser, but a high up open coat rack that a 5' tall person would have trouble reaching. The bed was medium firm. Great shower. There are only 3 rooms at this hotel, we were the only ones there for 2 of our 3 nights. The rooms are right under the restaurant, but it was not noisy. There were 3 small steps down to the rooms with a small landing between. A wheelchair would create a...

「Beautiful and peaceful property right on the river. Definitely the nicest rental I’ve stayed in. The host was extremely helpful and even went out of the way to help me when I made a mistake leaving an item.」

「We were only in the area for a few days but our stay at this property was wonderful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. During our time spent at the property we enjoyed relaxing and listening to all the birds outside. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again. Communication with owner was great!」

「Everything was great ! the house was clean and bright, well decorated and had everything we needed. Easy to get to and a good 'base of operations' for access to the trails in the area, moab and canyonlands. Penny was quick to answer any questions and responded in minutes. Felt welcome and at home - will be back the next time we head out to moab and have already recommended the place to friends. 」

Four stayed here and others came over for breakfast and dinners.That table was perfect and the kitchen provided everything we needed and the label helped with finding things.Nice quiet cul-de-sac and the large living room was big enough for us all to spend time catching up and telling stories.
