Utah Adventure

What a wonderful place and location. We spent a good amount of time in and around Moab - this was about 50 minutes away and it was a great place to relax after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing. It really is a beautiful property and was very clean and well stocked. Would love to come back again!

Beautiful home, great location!

We had a great stay! The house was super clean and thoughtfully stocked. Our family of 4 was quite comfortable. We took day trips to Little Wild Horse Canyon, Goblin Valley, Arches, and Canyonlands and would recommend all of them as well.

Green River VRBO

The home was very well stocked, very clean and the owners were welcoming and exceptionally helpful. We did a lot of "touring" but always enjoyed our evening times and morning times at the VRBO. The welcome book with suggestions and brochures of local attractions was great!! Thank you, Tammy, for all you did to make our stay a pleasant experience!

Peaceful get away

We loved this property-we were visiting the mighty 5 parks and chose this location as a home base for arches/canyon lands and capitol reef. It was an easy drive to Moab where we could go for dinner/tourist activities-and then we could retire to a quiet private location. Would highly recommend. The owners were very easy to reach with questions and the home was fully equipped with anything we needed. We are a family of 6.

Spring Break in Green River

The property was exactly as described. The home is very well stocked, super clean and Tammy is extremely welcoming and helpful. Our family of 4 were very comfortable while staying in the home. We found this home to be the perfect base location to visit 3 of the 5 National Parks in the area as well as the local State Parks. It's an easy drive to Moab, Arches NP, Dead Horse Canyon State Park, Canyonlands NP, La Sal Mountains, Goblin Valley State Park, Little Wild Horse Canyon, and Capitol Reef NP. We were truly sad when we had to pack up and leave and we wished we could have stayed longer. We definitely recommend staying at this property!

Wedding Trip

The home was very nice and very clean. It was stocked with plenty of kitchen necessities. The outdoor space provided various shady seating areas throughout the day. The area is quiet with a nice view of the Green River and the book cliffs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Green River Gem

This Barndominium had it All! Beautiful views, wonderful decor and accommodations! We enjoyed riding our SXS along the book cliffs. We did trailer our machines along I-70 and put in at exit 131 to enjoy the San Rafael Swells…well worth the trip! Both couples really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much!!

Beautiful home in Green River. Views and setting are gorgeous and the area is quiet. It is within an hour drive from Moab and two national parks as well as a state park. The home is fully equipped with everything you need. Would highly recommend for a Utah visit.

Fantastic jumping off point for the National Parks

The barndominium is all as advertised. Just a short way out of town it is a great location to see The Arches, Canyonlands and Goblin Valley. The home is clean and comfortable right next to the Green (Brown this time of year) River. The home is compact but clean and comfortable - if you have more than five you will need to eat outside or have some at the counter.

Stunning Comfortable Base for seeing the National Parks

Peaceful Bliss

We absolutely loved our stay here! So peaceful and quiet. We loved the night skies on the patio and swing. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen awesome, bathrooms clean and well equipped! Host was so helpful before we arrived with my questions. Goblin Valley was definitely my favorite park of several we visited. Would definitely stay here again.

Sweet property

Good location to access three national parks. If you normally sleep upstairs from any ac unit, plumbing/utility room etc, you might want pink noise for sleeping (at least I did). But everything the owners could control seemed just right.

Oasis in the desert

We spent 4 wonderful nights at the Barndominium. Our 5 stars rank everything you read about. Here are my special raves: 1) The kitchen was perfect for cooking, although we planned to eat out most evenings, it was so much nicer to stop at the Melon Vine and pick up dinner. We did that for 3 nights. 2) The closet in the guest bedroom is the perfect Canyonlands gear staging area. Lots of hooks, shelves, and hanging space. And best of all, it prevents the spread. 3) The Green. After a day of seeing yellows and reds, it was amazing to come home to green trees, grasses, and river. 4) The house is very comfortable. We had one day that we had to spend the afternoon inside because of a storm. We loved sitting in front of the fireplace watching the weather. This is a special place.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

Great communication with the owners. They provide a pamphlet of information for a local areas to visit that was very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked, and the entire place is beautifully decorated. The area is surrounded by agricultural fields giving you a very secluded experience.

Peace, quiet and beauty await

Beautiful property inside and out. Roomy, comfortable, well provisioned, beautifully decorated, excellent house manual. The view of the Book Cliffs was spectacular in the changing light from sunrise to sunset. The most impactful part, however, was the quiet. No city noise, no traffic noise, barely any noise at all. Quite a remarkable and wonderful thing for city dwellers. Convenient to Arches (you will need to book a timed entry pass) and Canyonlands, which are highly recommended. Goblin Valley is a must. Tammy was an excellent communicator. As a very experienced VRBO renter, I highly recommend this property. It is a very special place.

Prefect Vacation Rental

House is beautiful and extremely clean. The owners have thought of everything! Kitchen is well stocked, owner communication is excellent, property is quiet, bed is comfy, plenty of towels, and the outside firepit area is perfect. Ice maker kept up with us, which is impressive! The drive from this house to the areas we were visiting wasn't bad. The house is centrally located, so the longest drive for us was an hour and 30 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic new 3bedroom home in a great location to visit Moab, Arches, Cannon Land Very quiet location just three miles outside of Green River, Ut. This is the most well equipped VRBO that my Wife and I have ever stayed in. Tamara the host was great to work with and you can tell she took great pride in her home and concerned about the comfort of her guests Highly recommend this VRBO Roger Grieser
