Staff are not on the property from 10am to 3pm. You can call them by using the reception desk. It does not offer housekeeping, and you have to pay the city taxes separately from your booking. Overall the Hotel is a good place for the price and location."

"Petite chambre pour 3, mais tout le reste était parfait. L'hôtel est près de la gare si vous avez beaucoup de déplacement à faire. Le déjeuner est très bon avec plusieurs choix ! Ils offrent des après-midi avec café, gâteaux, et crème glacée. Le soir, c'est des apéros avec bière, vin et saké. Ils offrent également des petites activités en après-midi genre dessins, décorations, etc. Je recommande l'hôtel !"
