Charming Townhome in Downtown Emmitsburg

The townhouse was immaculate, spacious and within walking distance to everything in town. Great stay -- would definitely visit again.

Place is immaculate. Very, very cool house! Convenient location & layout. My friends & I loved the place. We come back to Emmitsburg every year & would rent it again!

Week-long Event

We stayed at Dan's property for a full week. Great neighborhood, great location, great property! Just be aware that parking in the back is not side-by-side, rather o e behind the other. Plenty of room, just be considerate of the neighbors!

Superb!

Great little house. Decorated delightfully and clean as a whistle. Kitchen was well stocked and parking was easy. Highly recommend if you have occasion to stay in Emmitsburg.

Emmittsburg stay

Overall it was a decent stay and served the purpose of a central location to our golf outings. Issues were getting connected to TV, lights in dining room and upstairs bathroom going out and although beyond your control, the fire station siren sounding every night in the middle of the night.

Great house and I’ll stay agein

Lovely well kept property. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds and convenient location. The only drawback is the front bedroom has LOTS of street noise. I used a fan for white noise and earplugs. It’s on a busy street. Fire Station is nearby too. Great park for kids across the street. Close to a few great restaurants within walking distance.

In Transition

Nicely decorated, within walking distance of restaurants, neighbors were fairly quiet. We had just moved out of our home in a very quiet neighborhood and were able to select this property for our transition to another state. Upon arrival property is located on a main roadway through town. Additionally a fire station was less than 2 blocks away. Owner was very helpful in streaming the TV which did block out the noise. The back bedroom was quiet but unfortunately a medical device could not be used due to available outlets. The front bedroom was terribly noisy due to firehall and traffic. The upstairs bathroom was perfect!

Very nice

This property was beautiful and clean. Everything you needed for your stay was included which made it easy. The check in process was easy and we walked to a few of the restaurants which was a nice perk.
