「Stay in 5 Floor, Dec. 2019. Room is okay, staff make the sheet and put new bottle water everyday, air conditioner works very well, sometimes you can hear traffic noise. You can hear people talking on the corridor till 22.00. Furnitures may not that new, you can see dirty area on the sofa and chair, like the one had been use for over 3 years. 「Took about 45 minutes to check in. Reception couldn't find my reservation even though I showed him my reservation information from hotels.com and the receipt.
