Great location, staff, and breakfast
I love this hotel. 2nd time in town and 2nd time with them. Location is prime in Central Jakarta, it has a mall below with food options, the hotel staff is beyond helpful.
They upgraded my room for no extra cost.
Breakfast Buffett is unbeatable.

A perfect stay in Jakarta Central. Special thanks to Della Fitri and his team to fulfill my requests.
They did a great job. Hotel is near to Gajah Mada plaza, National Museum and National Monument. Starbucks is in next building and there are a few eateries in the lobby itself.

The hotel is my favorite place in Jakarta since 2018. Super clean and cozy rooms. Staff is always at the top of expectations, friendly and professional. Unfortunately during my last visit I've experienced the new pick-up policy which foreseen to pay for any taxi access to the lobby pick-up point, a fee for 3.000IDR and same when they drop-off unless you don't do it down on the street out of the hotel security and on very traffic roads (I won't immagine if a family with children... horrible). Not such big amount, but if you are used to get out 2-3times a day, it's about 18.000IDR but and i don't understand why shall I be surcharded for what i believe is in my right if I'm hotel guest.

Vertu is a very nice , clean and friendly staffs hotel.
