"I was horrified at the overall cleanliness of the venue. Run down and broken blinds etc. The pool did not look swimmable. I actually didn't feel safe and left the accomodation within 30 minutes of checking in, luckily able to find accomodation elsewhere last minute. Forgoing what I had paid, hence ..."
