「I originally booked this for our family of 6. Due to kids schedules only one parent and one child stayed. The listing describes that it's connected like a duplex but we didn't expect to hear so much. It felt a little uncomfortable, like we were invading their privacy. Also it made us worry about being too loud for them, I would have been really anxious if we had all gone because our little kids are NOT quiet.There is no control of the AC and it was freezing!! We didn't reach out and ask for them...

「The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.」

「This house is the PERFECT place to stay for baseball tournament in Franklin!! We were here for my son’s tournament weekend. Very comfortable for our group of 6. It is 5 to 10 minutes to the ballpark. The house is precious, very well maintained, cold AC! Great communication with the host who accommodated all of our needs & always replied quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely home:):) We will be back for future tourneys!」

「The area where the house is located is beautiful. I suggest showing up during the day because if you have city people with you like I did, they might freak out not being able to see their surroundings. I personally was not scared and love how the secluded area is. also there is zero Wi-Fi or cell service inside the house but sitting on the porch I was able to get cell service. very clean I would definitely stay there again. Huge plus in my opinion was the water pressure in the shower!!」

「This home was 3 minutes from the baseball fields where my son was playing a tournament. It was very convenient! The inside of the house is beautiful and very open. We had 5 people staying there, but it could easily accommodate more without feeling cramped. The host was amazing! She was incredibly welcoming and easy to contact anytime we had questions. We would love to stay here again!」
