Come home after a busy day at the races to a lovely, quiet, relaxing, home in a family neighborhood. Interior of home has been completely renovated. Primary/Master Bedroom is on main floor which means no stairs.
Only 1 mile walk or drive through the neighborhood to shops, restaurants, stores, grocery markets.
Enjoy sipping your coffee on the sofa overlooking your private backyard or at the table in the eat-in kitchen which has been completely renovated in a modern farm house decor with a vaulting high ceiling and working gas fireplace. The kitchen is a bright, sun filled room with sliding glass doors to the backyard where there is a dining table, seating for 6 and a Weber BBQ.
The family room has the most comfortable oversized L-shaped sofa!
Close to beach, shops, restaurants, all. Walkable, spacious neighborhood with pools, tennis, pickle-ball, parks, green, open space, hills, and views. Easy walk to the Breakfast Republic, Naked Cafe, Vons, sushi, Robertos, and more.

Garage is being used for storage, parking is on driveway and street. Garage access is to use new front loading washer and dryer and an extra refrigerator/freezer.
