We spend a lot of time in Encinitas so we were already familiar with the area. This home is beautiful, as depicted in the pics, clean and comfortable. Didn’t have the best beach weather but we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub and all the great restaurants in the area. Worked out wonderfully for our family!

From the moment we booked, to arriving at the house, to leaving, everything was perfect. We felt welcomed and had the most amazing time. Brenda and the BeachHaus team provided the environment for a perfect getaway for my family and me--including our four-legged companions. The house is clean, comfortable, and modern without feeling intimidating. We were four adults and four kids (11, 12, 14, 17) and the house provided plenty bedrooms and sleeping arrangements--and enough bathrooms! We had surfers in our crew who would walk about 1/2 mile to the Grandview break. We easily passed hours sitting poolside, enjoyed dinners outside, and spent time at the beach with our pups (Seaside Reef allows them on-leash). There are soooo may restaurants and even a super well-stocked market (organic produce and such) in walking distance. There were guests in the cottage while we were there and it was not an issue for us at all as far as privacy and parking. Thanks again for a fabulous few days of fun in the sun and Leucadia vibes.

Beautiful house capable of accommodating a large group. Everyone enjoyed themselves. House and kitchen were fully equipped and heated pool was enjoyed by all. We loved our stay. Convenient to shops and restaurants nearby and just off the 5. Although Range St is narrow and more like an alley, there was ample parking for three cars. We would love to come back. Five star host.

We had a wonderful time at this property! The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and the spa heater worked so fast! Rooms were clean and big and beautifully decorated! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! Strange location, wish you could more easily walk to the beach but we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! A very large & beautiful home. The home is definitely out of the way, and despite initial location concerns, it worked out perfectly. The parking was definitely cramped because our family had 2 very large SUVs & we had to share the lengthy driveway with same property cottage guests, but we were able to make it work. With smaller vehicles would not have had such an issue. Communication with property management was simple and immediate responses appreciated. A temporary hiccup with the pool that was promptly dealt with, no inconvenience whatsoever. Check in & Check out was easy. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.
