Wonderful holiday

Thank you for an excellent holiday rental with full luxury facilities thoughtfully provided. We felt rested and peaceful in a well located lovely side of town, with the most wonderful seafront views. We very much look forward to returning again soon.

Wonderful getaway

A very comfy stay at the beach/bay. The practical provision supplied in the kitchen exceeded our expectation and just added to our experience at Frankie’s Beach House. Loved the view and easy access to beach, Yilki store and Pizza Bar.

Perfect location

Loved our stay , house was well equipped with quality appliances, crockery , large tvs and comfy beds/ linen. A great base for beach walks and spots to grab lunch or dinner. I also liked the art. Some wood for out door fire pit would have been nice as it’s featured in pics, but that’s was a minor issue.

Beautiful sea views from the house -- beach across from the house great for the grandies -- found trundle bed a bit awkward -- not cleaned under the single beds -- we did enjoy our stay -- Thankyou

Stunning views

Had a fabulous stay at Frankies, fantastic views, beautiful walk along the esplanade. The house has character with great atmosphere. Definitely recommend for anyone who want to watch the world go by. Wished we could have stayed longer.....

Nice location, however ongoing construction works along the esplanade meant the nice outlook was obscured by fencing and signage with restricted and limited access to the beach and esplanade footpath. We would have booked somewhere else if this was known as this was the main reason for going there. No guide or instructions on how to use TV, heating (cold house) appliances etc, was a bit frustrating. Pet friendly but no sheltered/dry area outside to stay out of the rain. House was neat and tidy but some areas not well cleaned since last guests. No towels in one of the bedrooms. Was advertised with having kids books and toys but nothing there other than a couple of games. Were asked to strip the beds before we left, not sure if this is standard with these house rentals as it was the first time we have done this but seemed a bit odd given the price paid to stay there. Beach House Cafe and Whalers Dining close by, both very good.
