「It was a nice little cottage with a great view. The property was clean and well appointed as described. The hosts clearly take pride in their property and are responsive and kind. If you are looking for a locale where you can quickly get to a town/shopping/dining, this is not the ideal place, but we enjoyed staying here and explored. Would definitely go back.」

The location was perfect within easy reach of Woodstock and the house was beautifully decorated, warm comfortable and spacious. The owners left us a pair of eclipse glasses which was such a thoughtful touch. We hope to visit again soon!」

「On a very quiet small lake, but plenty of things to do. Kayaks, paddleboard, float pad, and hot tub were a big hit. Plenty of games and activities in the house too for rainy days. Greg was great at communicating everything about the house and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!」

Home is conveniently close to most highways & the center of town. The spacious rooms have mix of period & contemporary furniture, adding to the charm. 「Although the stream was devastated by the Vermont floods, it was still enjoyable to relax and watch pass by. Several opportunities to explore the area for fishing and hiking. Host was very accommodating and attentive. The wood burning stove made some of best vacation breakfasts ever. Great vacation!」

「This cottage was adorable! It was clean, although it did have cobwebs. Bathroom was immaculate. Shower is small so be prepared. Kitchen was adequate, it needs a better knife available and a cutting board. The location was good for what we wanted. The lake is not quite out the door as we anticipated due to the pictures presented in the listing. That was a bit disappointing but not a deal breaker. Everyone should go to Plymouth by way of Dick Brown Rd for an awesome experience.」
