"Me cobraron una comision del 19% del valor total de la reserva, esto con el fin de cobrar los impuestos ya que este porcentaje equivale al IVA en Colombia, tuve que transferir desde Nequi. Pedi una habitacion de lujo con balcon y me dieron una habitacion deplorable sin balcon, con una cama incomoda y sin agua caliente, sin mencionar que no llevaron ni bebida ni hielo a la habitacion. Son un fraude completo."

"Made the reservation. Upon arrival the hotel was full and could not stay on it. Staff did not help, they just told us it was a problem with the system and to leave. Had to find a differet hotel at 9 pm on an area which looks unsafe."
