「Overall this was a nice hotel. The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room. When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable. 」

「Der Aufenthalt bei Patrick (und seinem Spitzenkoch!) im Merinja Guest House war genau, was wir nach einer Woche Reise brauchten. Die ruhige, grüne Umgebung und der einladende Garten mit Hängematten sind eine richtige Oase, um sich zu erholen. Am Abend hat uns der Koch mit lokalen, sehr schmackhaftem Essen verwöhnt. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. 「I am from the US, so according to the US standards, this property was average at best. The hotel room was cleaned every day. I felt my things were safe there. We had no issues with safety. There were fresh water bottles every day. The bathrooms functioned well, and there was no mold. The room was spacious enough. The location was very convenient for me. I would never find it if I didn't have a driver, though. The service was excellent. The team was friendly, very accommodating, and prompt....

「There was no pool, it said microwave and fridge, there was not, only 1 towel for two people and they said they would bring it and never did till 2nd night. Didn’t clean the room until after we complained on the 2nd night.」
