The Manor House will be your escape from reality as you relax and enjoy the laid back waterfront atmosphere at Tiki on the Bay. Lemon Bay is a special place on its own accord. When you combine that with the quaint, peaceful vibe Tiki on the Bay offers it makes this the perfect vacation destination.
Tiki on the Bay is a small, inviting community located minutes from gulf front beaches, Historic Dearborn Street, and fantastic restaurants.
We are confident our completely updated 1,550 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bath home will fulfill all of your needs. Our home is significantly larger than anything else you will find in the community. As soon as you walk through our front double doors we know you will appreciate the spacious living area, dedicated dining room, and full size kitchen with quartz countertops and new black-stainless steal appliances. We also believe you'll enjoy the large bedrooms (one with a King and one with a Queen sized pillow top mattress). Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs, offer ample storage space and large closets.
To meet your laundry needs, a full size washer and dryer are available in the home.
You can gather with other residents in the shared common areas, or escape from reality on your own private patio with outdoor seating, lighting, Pyle Audio speakers, and Weber grill.
Tiki on the Bay also offers an updated heated pool.
PLEASE NOTE.............Our waterfront area is being reconstructed after receiving damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Finally, we want to take a moment to summarize our rules so this is a fantastic experience for everyone: No Pets, No Smoking, and No Parties/Conduct that may be deemed offensive. We also require the primary renter to be over the age of 30.
We'll close by stressing this is a family friendly home in a quiet family friendly community. Please be a good neighbor at all times during your stay.

This property is very nice and clean. Great a/c and quiet place. The beach was close, same as Publix, McDonald restaurant close as well. The pool water was extremely hot, so it was difficult to use it. We went all the time to the beach but I wish the pool water was cooler so we could continue enjoying the hot weather. Overall the house is great. Only one parking space, and one guest parking for everyone else. I give this a 10/10 rating. I will return for sure.

We’re in love!
On the recommendation of my brother, I looked for a place to stay in Englewood, Florida. This home was like staying in a magazine. It was gorgeous. We loved the bed firmness. In the evening you have the opportunity to watch the sunset on Lemon Bay and during the afternoon you can sit by the pool! The location is close to many beaches and we visited 3 this week. It was a wonderful week thanks to the owners who made a beautiful home to share!

Florida Getaway
The condo and property are meticulously kept! The condo has just been renovated and is in pristine condition. A one minute walk to the water and you have the most incredible sunsets! This is an enclave for mature renters- younger people looking for a party spot would not be welcomed by the owner or the lovely neighbors in the association. There is also a pool onsite which we did not have time to use, but looked very inviting. All said, probably the BEST VRBO experience we have ever had. Would not hesitate to recommend and would most definitely stay again when in the area! The owners are very responsive to any needs.

Peaceful with Stunning Sunsets from the Pier
We had a wonderful time and met many neighbors which gave our visit a real nice vacation. The sunsets were wonderful sitting on the pier and/or deck each evening. Had great weather and the home was immaculate. We felt right at home. Wonderful community of neighbors which added to our vacation.

Stay at Tiki on the Bay
We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki on the Bay . We discovered a great little close knit neighborhood . You can bike to town for breakfast, lunch or gifts. You really get to know your neighbors who have been vacationing there for many many yrs. Close drive to many different beaches for sun and shark tooth hunting. A Florida Shovel in the garage would be a great thing for the owner to add. Also Second set of sheets for those staying longer than a week. Sunsets were as beautiful as ours in Delaware. Owner was easily contacted for any concerns or issues. And quick response.

Girls Trip
Owners were great. Location was awesome. Most everyone in the small community was great to us. One neighbor was very crabby. I think she just sat by the window waiting to complain. But her aside…. It was fantastic!

Beautiful home and great location. Host are very nice people
Had a wonderful stay at this property it is so peaceful and Quiet, the only problem that we ran into was the rules, when you are booking and you see house rules, the rules are very reasonable, but when you get your check in email there will a a whole new list of rules. Just be sure to ask for all rules before booking. Again this was a Beautiful place all around!
