Gorgeous waterfront pool home sleeps 6. All boaters will enjoy the quick access to Lemon Bay ICW with NO bridges . Dockage is available for a 30 foot power boat. Huge backyard includes large screened in Pool with plenty of loungers & tables for all. Enjoy the Sunset cove firepit area seating and keep your eyes open for our favorite Manatee and the birds,here is plenty of seating to enjoy the water view- keep your eye open for Manatees and otters. Its the perfect place to enjoy the Sunset. A short boat ride or car ride to the beaches both Manasota Key & Boca Grande are within minutes. You can enjoy shopping and dining on either Island. Didn't bring a boat- you can rent one or take the Rum Bay Ferry over to Rum Bay restaurant on Palm Island and if you are lucky enjoy the dolphins, with a short walk thru Mangroves to an excellent restaurant and bar- Indoors or outdoor dining.. You can walk to 5+ restaurants and bars from our home. . Some of our favorites are Ken & Barbs, Larrys Lunch Box(right next door), Coffee & friends breakfast, Parasio Mexican Bar & Grill, New Faull in for great food and pizza. Cedar Point environmental park is just a short walk away with lots of fun activities and great walking trails . Inside your home there is plenty of room with a 1.Queen bedroom 2.King bedroom which is also connected via sliding door to a 3rd 2- twin bedroom. This twin bedroom is not under air unless King slider is left open between the two rooms- it does have a ceiling fan and it is insulated.. Only time sliding door should need to be left open between rooms is the warm summer months. Pool can be heated for $150 per week after booking.
