Waterfront Condo Walkable to Everything with Beach Access
- Welcome to Chadwick Cove on Manasota Key! This brand new 1 bedroom 1 bath waterfront condo is 800 sq. ft. and features an open layout with a balcony overlooking Lemon Bay. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guest when using the queen Murphy bed located off the living room. Quarts countertops throughout and stainless steal appliances. The condo also features a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The condo is walkable to everything the key has to offer. Englewood beach is located directly across the street allowing you to enjoy both the beach and the bay in one location. It is conveniently located within steps away to several restaurants and shops. There is also an outdoor kitchen area with a grill, tiki bar and fire pit.

We also have a 3 bedroom unit on the 1st floor and a 2 bedroom unit on the beach.
The condo is walkable to all restaurants and shopping, or feel free to catch the FREE golf cart shuttle!.

Can’t beat the Location!
The location is perfect with a beach just across the street, and bay views from your back porch! We really enjoyed being able to walk to multiple restaurants and bars that had amazing food! Would stay again.

Went above and beyond, great location, beautiful condo
We had the best time here! High recommend this place to anyone staying in manasota key! You cannot beat the location and the place itself is updated, has everything you need and very clean! Property manager made sure we were accommodated and had everything we needed. The owner was also super helpful and nice, which we really appreciate!
