“I had a room with a removal shower head and they put me in a room with a bathtub with no removable shower head and acted like it was no big deal I just wanted what I booked everything else there was nice The room was clean bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast was good normal”

“Toilet made loud noise when flushed. Hot tub was out of service. The indoor pool area was always cold due to A/C. Bed was saggy on left side. Breakfast was limited but was good. Someone kept propping side door open - security concern. Room was clean, A/C functional.”

“First thing to know: This is a part- smoking hotel. Smoking rooms were on the top floor, we were on the bottom, but we could still get faint whiffs in our room through the vents or wherever. Upside, it was only briefly and as faint as a smell can be. The pool was very nice and would have been near perfect, except that it was HOT. Like, the entire pool felt like a hot tub. Very unusual. “There were no amenities. There were no coffee or cups of any kind in any rooms. The soda machine was out of order. The pool was empty and grass unkept.
