"Apartment was spotless and spacious. Ample room to open suitcases and instruction booklet for how to use appliances was super helpful. Close proximity to bus stop and convenience stores. Paid 24H parking lots within two blocks if needed."

"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. "It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. Itโs quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"Tokyu Stay in Sapporo was exceptional. The room was very comfortable with great amenities including a washer and dryer and cooking facilities in the room itself.
The staff we very accommodating and generous with their time and hospitality. The went above and beyond to help. The hotel provides free coffee, a generous breakfast along with free icecream (when we stayed there). I do not have anything negative to say...I would recommend this hotel to fellow travellers."
"Perfect season to be in Sapporo. The hotel is clean with friendly staff. I love the aesthetics of the room, with a nice view of the Sapporo TV Tower. Rooftop Bar is really nice as well. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Sapporo."
"Very nice and clean hotel with wonderful staff and great amenities, including an onsen and convenience store next to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with a huge selection of offerings, many of which were locally sourced. Location is also close to the train station with the option to walk through an underground passageway to/from the station. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Large clean comfortable property, excellent breakfasts. A moderate walk to local restaurants but a very handy scheduled free shuttle bus to central station."
