「Muy hermoso」

「La habitación muestra deterioro del tiempo, el personal fue amable, el Wifi terrible, eligieron un fin de semana muy concurrido para arreglar uno de los jacuzzi, eso aunado a los pases para el hotel a visitantes externos, hizo imposible disfrutar de las instalaciones.」

「La primera villa era un desastre con un terrible olor, el aire lo tenían que prender y apagar desde fuera, no servía la tv, colchones duros y almohadas terribles, llevo años hospedandome con esta marca y quede totalmente decepcionado」

「This is the case probably with many of the hotels by the shore, you need a car or taxis to get around. There is no sidewalk, just highways. The hotel was good overall. The staff was great! The bathroom had an odd smell from the water pipes I assume. It was strong the first night then less so then increased again. It was very unpleasant. The bedsheets appeared clean but I saw a couple of hairs which wasn't great.」

「The pictures of the 5bedroom cabin were misleading, the kitchen pictures were different. Also where the pool table is the picture shows stairs to go upstairs, there’s just a wall no upstairs. The jacuzzi was not working , the second night there was no water and hotel staff would not communicate. We checked out early the next morning because water never came back and we need to shower. Still haven’t heard back from the hotel about how they’re going to make things right.」

「Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cuentan con pantalla grande, lo único malo es que el ruido de otras habitaciones se escucha y yo no pude dormir. En cuanto al servicio de alimentos y bebidas tardan mucho porque todo es preparado al momento, pero vale la pena la espera porque el sabor de la comida es increíble. Las vistas del hotel son muy bonitas. El hotel es perfecto para descansar.」
