“Host was responsive & provided very clear check in/check out instructions. The bed was comfortable and the space felt more homey than a hotel. The house is split into three units but the doors are spaced out so that you don’t have interact with other guests. My only feedback for improvements would be better or more pillows and a key pad for unlocking the door. Having to keep up with the physical key & or opening the lock box each time wasn’t impossible but just punching in a door code would have……

The property is beautiful and spacious, the beds are very comfortable I enjoyed the card games and the recreation area for families to play and connect with each other. “Location was great for us and we felt quite safe. When we drove into the neighborhood there was a big gathering in a park and our host let us know it was a movie hosted by the sheriff’s department. They were serving hot dogs and hamburgers. We thought it was wonderful that he invited us to join in if we wished. We had plans with nearby relatives so declined. The bed was super comfortable. We had never stayed in a trailer before, but it had all the basics. It is cozy, but even we old folks……

“Amenities were in good condition. Recommendations: 1. An area rug in living room would be more welcoming as floor was scratched pretty bad. 2. The bedroom door in guest bedroom to balcony would not open. 3. TV remote in living room had electrical tape holding the batteries in. Another remote should be secured. 4. “I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Pensacola during the weekend of May 15th. The apartment was exceptionally clean—one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It was fully stocked with amenities that exceeded my expectations and made my stay comfortable and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and easily accessible to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Pensacola area.”

“We had an amazing time at Fins to the Left. We brought my mom to Milton to visit my 90 year old uncle who lives in the area. We had 4 generations of family over to visit us and enjoy the river. Perfect setting and the house was easily accessible for my mom and uncle who both have mobility issues. The house had everything we needed so we could cook meals at the house. Heat touch that they have fishing poles and gear so that my little cousin could fish, yup he actually caught his FIRST fish ever……
