The staff were excellent at the reception, house keeping and the serving staff. I enjoyed my 2 weeks stay there, And I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place. The hotel is safe and offers privacy. Now its your turn to try it out! Thank you Ruth and that Eritrean man for your professionalism. Your smiles and warmth 😊 made me feel at home. I hope to see you again next time. Cheers! Kevin H.

This is a really nice hotel, very clean and modern, my room was smaller than some but very nicely appointed and cozy with a big king bed, patio, and quiet A/C (the kind that are built in to the ceiling, not the loud kind that sit at the windows) that worked. Good quality TV. Staff very nice. Excellent breakfast, pleasant pub. I'd definitely stay there again.

Misleading advertising about their executive rooms, promising amenities including bathtub and bidet which no rooms in this category have in the hotel. Unfriendly management. Air conditioning does not work properly. Construction ongoing. No aircon in gym. Swimming lessons in pool so not possible to swim.

The room was very nice with a great view. We were in 401. I tried to use the shower, but before the water heated up half the bathroom floor was covered with water. Neither floor drain seemed to work. The large tub was nice. The staff was very friendly.
