「We stayed one night and it was awesome service was excellent room was very nice ,you do share a washroom but we had no problems with that ,dinner and breakfast was really good highly recommend we would definitely stay here again 」

「The owner is very nice and friendly. The rooms are pretty big and specious. Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. We particularly enjoyed the crisp mountain air and pleasant smell of various flowers around the property. 」

"在瑞士10日，共住過5間酒店琉森這間是最喜歡的一間非常方便，距離琉森火車站只需5分鐘左右這次住standard double room，房間相對是普通一點，但所需要的都有，有雪櫃，有冷氣，而且都乾淨，缺點是浴缸，如長者去，就可自行評估是否大問題，同隔音有點差，不過係戴耳塞就可解決既情度早餐也是住過5間酒店中最豐富同好食而最欣賞的是員工非常友善！！"

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"酒店離琉森車站只需要3－5分鐘路程，去附近主要景點亦係步行可到達，非常方便。附近環境不算嘈雜和感覺好安全，附近好多超市亦是步行5－10分鐘可以到達。前台和餐廳員工極度有善，餐廳(交誼廳)24小時開放，有咖啡機，飲用水，生果，微波爐，你亦可以隨時在餐廳食自己帶去的食物，整體非常滿意。"
