This place is great! It is in the middle of nowhere in my opinion , so plan snacks and drinks accordingly. There is no microwaves in the room either but there is a good sized fridge and coffee machine. The beds are cozy. The room was way more spacious than i expected. The staff were so unbelievably kind and helpful. There is no AC, but we cracked a window and it was great. I highly recommend this place. Nothing negative at all.

Location of the hotel is perfect for Mountain Skiing, no problems with parking. We visited in summer time and ride the gondola. Very nice view from the top of the mountain.
The room had older carpet floor, everything else was very good. Pleasant stay after all.

I really enjoyed my time here and plan on returning! The actual check in process was a bit confusing—I guess when you book they have several inns. We stayed at the Alpine Inn and it was so fantastic. I loved the room and the bathtub. Great hot water and water pressure! The older building and lights make it feel like Christmas all year round. There's board games in the common area and books we enjoyed. The restaurant attached is fantastic and worth the prices. I really recommend the artichoke dip and tiramisu. The only downside was they really need to get some help in the staffing department—Although in the winter they may have more employees for the front desk and restaurant,

Check-in was easy, and staff was courteous and helpful! Construction in front of the hotel and no helpful signs to get you inside. Restaurant was great! Room was small and beds were awful - uncomfortable and noisy.

Wait staff at restaurant were very rude, unprofessional. It was very difficult to get our luggage up to the second floor of our hotel. Beds and floor squeak loudly, impossible to get up without waking up person sleeping in the other bed. Picture of hotel on Expedia is from 1960s, hotel not nearly as nice as picture. Hotel has not been well maintained. Railings on stairs (both inside and outside) are loose.

We stopped here for the night after visiting Mt Ranier all day, and honestly I wish I’d been able to plan more time at this hotel. The staff were all so nice, great rooms, views, and awesome things to do all right on property. I love the personality of this place. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate very well with us either, but we will definitely be coming back and planning a longer stay!
