Beautiful home and views!

Great home for our family to stay visiting Washington for a memorial. Perfect location from the airport and to do a day trip to Mount Rainier! The house had great rooms to sit and visit. The deck was very nice to look out and see Mount Rainier on a clear day!!

Lovely Rainier Views

If you are you looking for a spacious house with room for a lot of friends...you should consider this property. It has lots of room to stay and play in, many of which have views of Mt Rainier. And you are near a lot of outdoor activities nearby to enjoy. And with Enumclaw and Black Diamond nearby, you can get out to pubs and restaurants.

Beautiful home for large family

This home is filled with lovely spaces to gather in groups or find a space of solitude. The view is spectacular. We were in town for a wedding just down the street and so happy we selected this home to make our home base. Not far from Enumclaw main street shops and restaurants. Thank you for opening your home.

Perfect house for our family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely spacious house! The view of Mt. Rainier was magnificent! The house had plenty of space for us to gather together and space when we were ready to enjoy some solitude. The master bedroom has a sleep number bed. We had trouble regulating it since we don't use one, but the other beds were comfortable. It was a delightful place to stay and we would stay there again if we are looking for a place in the area.

Quaint Stay

The rental was homey. It met our group’s needs. The view was incredible and there was much room to spread out. The hot tub needed desperately needed to be serviced but they sent someone to do a full flush. The accommodations were dated but very cozy. The air conditioning was not effective but the open windows and fresh air was nice. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great view and needs some TLC

We loved the view of Mt. Rainier! The size was perfect for our family. Lots of space for a big group. Hot tub was clean and working. The garden was great. House needs some maintenance and attention to detail. There was no A/C but the nights cooled off well and there were ample fans. There were neighbors who were target practicing with rifles close by on Saturday afternoon so we could not sit outside for several hours. Beautiful views of the mountains!

Looks good in pictures.

Good- The home is large and great for big families. The views were incredible from the outside deck. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy your time with family. Shopping is within 5 miles. Bad- Beds, and I mean all the beds are so uncomfortable. You roll in the middle of you know what I mean. The home is dated with everything, including the fixtures dating from the 80’s. Dishwasher didn’t work and we found moldy food in the microwave from a previous guest. We made the best of it as it was only 3 days.

Beautiful View with a lovely large classic home

We visited this home because we were coming to a family birthday in the area. The home is so warm and comfortable feeling . We have two one year olds and dogs, plus cousins and aunts and uncles stayed to. It was so accommodating with room for everyone. The babies had so much fun in the big family room upstairs and there were so many toys and games we enjoyed. I could go on about this house and its character because I just love older houses and thought it was just wonderful. The view is fantastic as well ! They have no AC, so it was hot but they supply so many fans to help. It is private and we enjoyed walks down the long driveway and seeing the neighbors farm animals. Family games at the big dining table and just loved our stay here. We will be back to this wonderful home !

Enumclaw home

Large home with great views in Enumclaw. Well stocked and very clean home able to accommodate our family gathering of 10 plus two dogs with ease. We loved the fireplace room and the hot tub. The kids made s’mores over a fire in the fire pit. Only downsides were communications for a plumbing repair - Vacasa/VRBO responded quickly, but gave us no information for almost 24 hours. We got scripted responses. Also, the home needs a little TLC, things like a loose kitchen faucet or doorknobs. Minor stuff. Overall a great rental and we would stay again.

Beautiful View

The view was beautiful and the space was big which made it wonderful for our large group!! Especially the bonus room with the wet bar area!! The kitchen was pretty well stocked and all of the rooms had plenty of furniture to hold our big group. Having parking for 5 vehicles was a huge deal for us so that was nice. Downsides, I was given the wrong lockbox code so it was a struggle to get ahold of someone in order to get into the house. The cleanliness of the house was pretty good. We couldn't use the hot tub because it wouldn't warm up. The stove seems a little old with melted knobs but it worked. Be aware, the master bedroom is more like a large loft above the kitchen so you can hear everything in the kitchen. With that said, overall, it worked great for our stay and we all had a great time. We would stay here again.

This place is HUGE

There are so many places to gather or just be alone in this house. Yes you can hear everything from the master bedroom, but that’s good if you have kids running around. There are 14 steps to get upstairs (so if stairs aren’t for you) upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 5 Queen beds (at least 2 are older select comfort). Giant family room with large tv and stuff to do. There is a very long hallway which is comparable to The Shining. The Laundry room is up there too. Downstairs has 2 sitting rooms.(one to listen to music the other to hang out or watch a smaller TV.)There is a Sunroom(which emulates the temperature outside) Dining room and eat in kitchen with stove that converts to a grill downstairs also! This house has 3 bathrooms with showers (1 bath). Outside is a great deck with a hot tub (not as big a that excellent photographer made it seem😊) that a friendly cat loved to sleep on top of the cover. So much art on the walls to look at throughout the house, CD’s to listen to and DVD’s to watch. Older house and very comfortable

Large house and deck (near farmland)

We enjoyed our stay! It's a lovely place, five to ten minutes from town. The house is secluded and the deck has a view of Mt. Rainer.

Great place, rough check in communication

5 stars overall!! Great property, even when the Mtn. is hidden. Funky house that’s fun to be in. Dates kitchen that’s sporadically stocked re. Glassware and cooking utensils. A couple of the mattresses could use updating. The check in instructions were incorrect and the contact confirmed the wrong information. Figured it out in the rain but hey, it’s Washington. All around a great experience.

Large but many things broken

The house is enormous and a great space for hosting many people. However, many things were not working or were broken. The main bedroom mattress was completely useless (lumpy, uneven, and rather absurd) and I ended up sleeping on the floor. The sheets for that mattress were also stained; neither bedside lamps worked. The carafe in the coffee maker was cracked on the bottom, leaking, and a dangerous situation (about to break and spill an entire pot of very hot coffee on someone). The box fans in the bedrooms did not work. And even though there is an extra charge for the hot tub, it was brown and smelled like it could boil the skin of a person...it was truly the most awful and disgusting hot tub I have ever encountered...something is very wrong with it.

The location is great. Some items in the house were not working. There was a broken chair, torn curtains, garbage disposal not working, oven door missing the cover and only had hot water for two showers.

Not what was expected

The check in process was difficult. We never were able to figure out the keypad process and we got in because the back door was open. When we entered. There was glass on the floor from the broken oven door. The upstairs hallway toilet was broken + leaking. When I contacted the property manager, they were responsive but they never came the next day to fix it.

Lock box entry did not work. For some reason? Need to attend to faucets in kitchen and other bathrooms. Need screen in upstairs BR. Curtain in other BR torn. But overall beautiful home and setting.
