「We requested a room change on arrival as we were over looking a rusted metal roof top! Vineet spoke to reception and sorted it for us. All staff are always helpful. Yangsong, Leela, always went over and above to help. Shiva, the head of food and beverage, the deputy front desk manager who arranged our taxi, even the GM, all so approachable! Everyone had a smile on their face! Lovely place to relax 」

「The hotel is built on a hill, space is not wide but well designed. Room is nice, but sometimes the smell from the bath room spread into the bed room. Hotel location is good, only 4 minutes can reach the beach. The worst drawback is the breakfast, selection is very poor .」

「Most things were really good! Great proximity to the beach and cliffside. Great rooms, nice property, good food, helpful staff. The wifi is unusable. Terrible connection, keeps dropping even in areas with good connection, makes the smart TV useless. Other minor problems: Shower gel is only enough for 1 person/1 shower, have to keep asking them to replace it. Staff woke us up in the afternoon despite a DND sign on the door. Level of service depends on who you're talking to, can be very...
