"Fantastic location, great room and pool, but even more impressive was the quality of the service from staff, very attentive without being in your face. Wonderful to see and hear the ongoing advice and training from senior staff. Performed with guidance and grace rather than the negative “direction” I’ve seen at other establishments. Finally, the breakfast buffet was awesome. One of the best multi cuisine I’ve had in 45 years of travel. All a credit to Hyatt Erawan Bangkok management."

"Very clean room and well maintained hotel. We were pleasantly upgraded to a suite, which was a great bonus. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Excellent location — quiet area, not right in the center but within a short walking distance. A 7-Eleven right under the hotel was very convenient. Highly recommended."
