Wohnung ist okay in guter Lage mit Parkplatz vor der Tür - die Wohnung benötigt dringend eine Grundreinigung (Flecken, Spinnweben, Staub, Dreck) - Schönheitsreparaturen sind notwendig (Flecken an Wänden und Decken, Löcher in Wänden, Risse an Türrahmen) -Handtücher haben extrem (unangenehm) nach Weichspüler gerochen

Leider klappte die Übersendung der Codes nicht. 4 Tage vor dem Check-in wurde ein Code übersendet. Der klappte dann nicht, war mit schlechtem mobil Empfang unterwegs und konnte daher nicht einen weiteren zugesandten Code öffnen.Warum wurden 2 codes innerhalb von 3 Tagen versandt? Leider keine Teekanne vorhanden, leider nur 1 Hausschlüssel und kein Abzieher, um die Dusche zu reinigen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und auch sehr geräumig. Vom Bahnhof aus fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Trotz Lage an einer größeren Straße war nachts alles ruhig. Gerne wieder.

Es war alles sauber und perfekt. Die Erfurter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, da die Unterkunft ca. 20 min in die Altstadt alles zu erlaufen bzw. mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen ist.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung. Sehr schöne Aufteilung der Wohnung. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Fön verhanden. Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten bis zur Krämerbrücke. Einkaufsmarkt direkt daneben. Parken (kostenlos) war in den Seitenstraßen möglich.

Leben auf der Baustelle

Leider war ein Gerüst vor dem Haus und die Fenster verhängt. Das Treppenhaus und der Hof eine einzige Katastrophe. Wir waren entsetzt und enttäuscht als wir ankamen, zumal wir vorher nicht informiert worden sind. Die Wohnung ist ok, allerdings fehlen Verdunkelungsvorhänge und ein Tap für den Geschirrspüler

Mehr Schein als sein. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Aber ein Handtuchhalter und ein Regalbrett vermittelten den Eindruck, dass sie bei Benutzung von der Wand fallen könnten. In Schubladen und Schränken fanden sich viele Haare und Staub. Die Spülmaschine stank, da sich in ihr noch Essensreste befanden. Leider funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Wenn man dem Gästebuch glauben schenken darf, ist dies auch schon seit einigen Monaten der Fall. Leider ist der Vermieter telefonisch auch nicht erreichbar, da nirgends eine Telefonnummer angeben ist.
