「My family had a wonderful visit to the Boulder Farm Arcade. There was plenty of space for 7 adults. When we were at the house, we spent most of our time on the large front porch, which offers amazing views. The farm is conveniently located close to downtown Boulder and numerous parks and hiking trails. The beds were quite comfy. The kitchen provides the basic needs to prepare simple meals. The stairs to the lower level are rather steep and narrow. My group did not have a problem with it,...

「The house was perfect for our family visit! It was super cute, clean, and the layout was wonderful!」

「Jennell the owner was very polite, and always responsive. The house was very comfortable, and fully updated with recent renovations. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and polite neighbors. Hope to visit again soon.」

「Great location, beautiful home and quiet stay」

「Overpriced for what you actually get. The host was very responsive and helpful. We booked this because we are golfers and wanted a golf simulator. However, the simulator is not very accurate and the whole setup is dated. We have a simulator at home and this doesn't compare. If you are a golfer you likely wouldn't even use the simulator. The hot tub needs cleaned and was very dirty. We finally found the shock for it way on top of the fridge. Likely hadn't been shocked in awhile. 2 of the theater...

「Perfect place for our 2 day corporate retreat - just three of us. All got king beds. Didn’t use the ample games, but will use this house in the future」

「The property is well layed out. We were a group of 7 (grandparents with adult children and adult grandchildren). The host was responsive to our concerns. The kitchen was very well stocked, on site laundry was great.」

「This place was so cosy and so welcoming. The hosts really put a lot into making a cheerful, relaxing and warm experience for guests. We wish we could have stayed longer as felt so stress-free here and we slept so, so well.Clean, comfy, roomy, along with friendly and professional hosts. We will be back.」

「Place was clean with comfortable beds. Host provided Keurig coffee pods as well as some shower necessities which is always nice. If you want an area you can walk around or walk to places this is not it, but if you just need a place to stay and drive to where you need to go this was great.」

「Perfect setup for extended family get-together. Older adults stayed in the rooms upstairs while younger couples had the rooms in the lower level. Ping pong table was great for a little competition, meanwhile the older adults spent several days chatting and putting together puzzles. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Nice location within easy driving to Boulder, as we spent an evening at the CU Shakespeare Festival. Overall wonderful 5 days (4 nights).」
