The apartment was beyond charming and the owners went out of their way to make it comfortable and like home. Every detail was perfect, and the garden is stunning. The hosts were welcoming, warm and helpful. We plan on staying here again!

Springtime escape

This place was adorable. I felt so comfortable and at home. Tons of amenities. A beautiful back yard and garden area with flowers in bloom. Even though I had to work most of the time that I was there, it was a wonderful escape!!

Prospect-New Town Stay

The accomodation was very cute, clean and conveniently located for our trip. The hosts were delightful. I would stay there again in future if we need to make another trip to Longmont.

Lovely gardens

We have always enjoyed the Longmont area and were happy to have a longer time to explore locally, It was a great location and close to family in the area. We found all that we needed, didn't really do much cooking as we were out and about but the opportunity to do so was great. It does have steps which could limit some folks.

Wonderful property in a nice neighborhood with comfort in mind.

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights for a wedding in a nearby town. We got a wonderful place, in a picturesque neighborhood. The accommodations were wonderful. We decided that it would be a nice place to stay whether you are here for a night, or staying the week. Check in/out was easy. The host was friendly. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Loved the location and property as well! Amazingly cute place. All the needed things were in the house that we rented. One best thing was owner did ask us, if we are comfortable at this place. That had never happened with Vrbo! Enjoyed the stay here. Wish to stay again!

Wonderful Spot to Getaway!

My 8 yo daughter and I stayed while visiting family that is moving to the area. The location was perfectly situated to surrounding towns and local eateries and events. The carriage house was adorable and extremely clean and comfortable. Our host was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and Neighborhood

We immediately fell in love with this little neighborhood... What beautiful homes and landscaping. We LOVED the tree's. The carriage house we stayed in was just perfect. Beautiful. Loved that it was tucked in the back among the owners garden area. We couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. Just book this place, you will love it!

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood!

My wife and I had a great stay at this carriage house apartment. The furniture is very comfortable and the apartment is extremely clean. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and visiting some of the local restaurants. We would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking for accommodations near Longmont!

Holiday Stay

Our stay at the Charming Carriage House was wonderful. We were in town to visit family and we could walk to see them from the Carriage House. The interior was cozy, clean and comfortable. The little gas stove made the night time so magical. We will definitely be back. We all feel refreshed!

Great Hosts in a Great Location

Background: 28 day stay by 2 active senior citizens. Location: Wonderful quiet and friendly neighborhood with so many options for dining and exercising. Convenience: Perfect home base for traveling the front range including Rocky Mountain NP, Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Ft Collins, Estes Park, Laramie, Cheyene and so many quaint little villages. Accommodations: Most hospitable hosts who quickly responded to all requests and went above and beyond to assure our comfort, We done 5 long term stays in 7 years. This stay is at the top of the list and would be the same even if it had only been a weekend in length.

Great hosts and fascinating neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay with Caren and David at their lovely home in the Prospect neighborhood of Longmont. Caren and David were warm, gracious hosts who went above and beyond accomodating our e-bikes and sharing their private studio apartment, beautiful gardens and insights into a truly unique neighborhood. If you like architecture and urban design, this is the place! Wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, parks and a French bakery within easy walking distance. A perfect stay!!
