Location is safe and very convenient to Cherry Creek/Glendale. Beds are very comfortable. Shower and bathroom are small but clean. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer but no oven or cooktop so if you don't plan to cook, the kitchen is sufficient. Polly was responsive and very easy to work with on the temperature in the unit.

Adorable and great location.

I recently moved my college student Into an apartment on campus and this location was super close and convenient! The accommodations Spacious and clean and comfortable. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit but it had everything you need if you were staying longer. The bed and pillow were super comfy too!

Very nice place and a friendly host

We liked the property and location very much. It had everything we needed in the unit and whatever questions we had were easily answered by the host. She was great. The only thing we noticed was a smell of cat litter in the downstairs - which was weird as there were no cats - but that smell didn't abate over ten days so we're not sure what it might be. Anyway, it honestly wouldn't stop us renting here again for the great place and host.

Had a wonderful visit , so much to do in Denver. We visited Garden of the gods , Pikes peak, red rocks. We had everything we needed for our stay at our garden level suite. Polly made check in incredibly easy and explained everything we needed to know. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay!!!

Denver visit

Easy access and very handy location for visiting our sons. Comfortable beds and fully equipped for our 6 day stay. Close to stores and restaurants with close proximity to major highways to get around the metropolitan area. Clean and nicely decorated with beautiful exterior landscapes.

Quick Trip

We had 4 adults in our group and this space fit our needs. The proximity to all the things we did in Denver was good, quick access to the freeway and some places are close enough to Uber. The checkin policy was easy and Polly was very communicative. Would recommend this space for a quick trip.

Cozy stay in Denver

I booked this rental six months on advance ands never questioned my instinct that this would be a perfect fit. Polly is an above and beyond hostess! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and accommodated all our possible needs. Location is perfect! My daughter and I very much look forward to staying here again. Already planning!

The Nest

Polly, a premier host, was extremely helpful with everything from my booking her VRBO to getting my wifi to work. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her very delightful home. The location was perfect for my needs and her accommodations were just what I was looking for. Even her backyard was delightful. I would highly recommend her place.
