「I stayed here for one night with my wife and my in‑laws because we were in town for a concert, and we simply needed a clean place to sleep. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room they advertise as a small apartment for around $200 was nowhere near acceptable. The moment I walked in, I noticed how dirty the place was. There were marks all over the walls, no trash‑can liners, and not even toilet paper provided. The bed sheets were clearly not clean (there was hair on them)...

「Check in was easy. The floor was very dusty but everything else was clean. The kitchen has all utensil and kitchenette except for cutting board and toaster. The towel rack in the 2nd bathroom was coming off the wall. The area is not the safest but not bad. Plenty of street parking. The host is nice and responsive.」

「When we arrived, the building was inaccessible due to construction and road blockages. When we were finally able to get near the address, the building was open to the street with no need to used the locked door. We went upstairs to the apartments and discovered the the door had no deadbolt and did not always lock. When we messaged the property owner we got no response for hours, when we were finally admonished for not contacting them. When I pointed out that we DID contact them with no response...
