“Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious, however the menu and allocated inclusive points you have to order other items not included in said points needs more clarity! The downside were the showers, we only stayed for 1 night but didnt use them as they looked horrible and need to be removed and new ones installed. The air conditioning units need a clean also, mine felt like dust was being blown out.
Location great, just fix the showers and give the air conditioning a good regular clean.”

“Comfortable Stay with Wonderful Staff

“My experience at Marigold Hotel was extremely disappointing, particularly in terms of food quality and guest safety.
The food was excessively expensive, yet the quality did not justify the prices charged. As a guest, I expected a much better standard of food and service, especially considering the premium prices on the menu.
However, my biggest concern was the hotel’s security and access policy. Closing the main doors at 10:00 PM and forcing guests to enter through the garage is unacceptable.……
