“Well appointed, clean and comfortable flat on 2nd floor of historic building. We loved that it was away from the city but 1/2 a block from the tram stop, which goes right to the heart of Vienna. The flat is on the back of the building overlooking a garden courtyard. It was very quiet, however there is construction going on next to the building so we were unable to sleep past 7am. We are early risers but after traveling over 30 hours to get to Vienna, it would have nice to get more than a few……

“Gemütliche Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir saßen sehr gerne auf der Terrasse. “Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, aus der wir gar nicht mehr ausziehen wollten. Viele liebevolle Details und eine tolle Ausstattung, alles was man braucht. “Übergabe der Wohnung war eine Farce und hat Stunden gedauert, bis wir endlich rein konnten. Küche der Wohnung war komplett leer (von wenigen Tellern und Tassen abgesehen). Kein brauchbares warmes Wasser. Keine wirklich funktionierende Toilette. Die Bilder sind wohl so entstanden, dass das einzige Sofa immer wieder in andere Räume geschoben wurde und mit fotografiert wurde. Andere sichtbare Möbel waren nicht mehr vorhanden. D. h. Die Ausstattung war mehr als spartanisch. Alles in allem furchtbar.”

“Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen.……
