This beautiful apartment is equipped with ceiling fans in its two double bedrooms, each with two 90cm beds. The living room has an open kitchen, so when cooking you can enjoy the views.The location is exceptional: just below the apartment there’s a great restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking, along with a nearby café and supermarket. A large public parking lot is just steps away, with electric car charging stations.





The pool is communal, has sun loungers, and is always quiet.

This apartment is Eco Friendly, so cross ventilation is recommended, since being in an elevated position it always enjoys a breeze that is enhanced by opening the windows in the north and south at the same time, thus creating a current. of air that, added to the fans, maximum comfort is achieved.
