"The hotel is very conveniently located and is the former ho.e of a 14th century nobleman. The continental breakfast was good. The parking was a bit tight but sill quite convenient. BUT BOOK THIS HOTEL FOR THE ROOF TERRACE. "

"Clean room, lots of space in a triple, huge bathroom and quiet overall. Biggest negative is how hot the room was, a/c just blew more heat no matter the setting and no air flow from the window. 5 minute walk to the escalator to get up to the old city which is nice. 15 minute parking area to pull into for check in and ample parking spaces underground. "

"El hotel necesita bastante renovación ya que es bastante viejo. El espacio de la habitación está ok pero necesitan poner colchones más cómodos. Ese día le estaban haciendo mantenimiento al agua y cuando me fui a bañar el agua salió amarilla hasta que la dejé correr hasta que se aclarara. "

"Best hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, impeccable, close to all the monuments in Toledo, great amenities (spa), spectacular views from our window. The most helpful staff you can ask for. Kelvin is amazing...so charming and knowledgeable (he gave us a private tour of all the historical elements in the building and the history behind it)!!!!! Angel was super kind and helpful. The entire staff was incredible. We will come back and from now on will always try to book historical boutique hotels from this company. We will be eternally grateful for the exceptional attention we received and the beautiful memories."

"The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Rooms are a bit small so watch out how many pieces of luggage you have. Location is excellent in the middle of the Old Town. Overall excellent."
