Insgesamt strahlt das Haus mit dem Garten eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre aus. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Garten ist schön gestaltet. Die Nähe zur Küste und zu verschiedenen Wanderrouten ist sehr angenehm, da man so nicht ständig auf das Auto angewiesen ist.

A beautifully renovated house with charm and plenty of natural light, a quiet location, and a large garden, still within walking distance of the beach. Unfortunately, the house seemed incredibly poorly maintained, as other reviews from 2025 have already mentioned. Eigentlich ein wunderschön renoviertes Haus mit Charme und viel Tageslicht, ruhiger Lage und großem Garten, noch fußläufig zum Strand. Leider aber wird das Haus offenbar unglaublich schlecht gepflegt, wie auch andere Bewertungen aus 2025 schon erwähnen. Auf keines der Probleme haben Agentur oder die lokale Betreuerin reagiert, trotz mehrfacher schriftlicher Hinweise an beide. Vor allem Küche und Bad waren schlecht geputzt: fettiges Geschirr und Kalkflecken auf den Gläsern, Haare und Dreck in den Schubladen. Die Balkontür im Schlafzimmer war kaputt. Das Sofa ist völlig durchgesessen und im Grunde unbrauchbar. Der Kühlschrank hatte ein kaputtes Gefrierfach, weshalb unser frisch gekaufter Wocheneinkauf am nächsten Morgen komplett gefroren war. Die Schublade wird nur noch von Paketbank zusammengehalten. Der Ofen heizt kaum, das Ceran-Kochfeld gibt dauern seltsame Fehlermeldungen, und auch der Staubsauger taugt nicht viel. Im Trockner steckten noch die Handtücher der Vormieter. Alle Gartenmöbel waren ganz oder teilweise kaputt (Stühle und Liegen). Das Doppelbett im UG ist okay, die Dusche geräumig, der Fernseher eher klein.

After we have not really anyway felt comfortable in the house, we decided to leave and forget the last two/three days. The house was not near to be clean. The kitchen felt sticky…Every few seconds there was a strange beep-tone. Half an hour trying to find the cause it was the cookingfield. No chance to find the reason, so we swiched off the fuse.The first tea looked like it was milk inside … the water cooker was up to 8 mm of lime. We cooked it out with vinegar…The toilet brush …we cleaned as good as possible...Sunday morning, we wanted to use the cookingfield first time to make some eggs. Soon there where coming drops of old fat from the extractor hood on our eggs. That was just too disgusting and just too much….A good house with horrible care.

Très belle maison mais la propreté reste vraiment à désirer surtout au niveau de la literie ! Poussière etc ...La porte d'entrée a été forcée ! Le WC du rez n'est plus bien fixé ! Aucun accueil à l'arrivée ni de présence au départ ! Nous n'avons vu personne ! Aucune réponse au tél avant l'arrivée !

A great few days in a lovely property

Great clean property. Good facilities and only 10-15mins from the Cité and Le shuttle terminal. My children loved the garden and we would come back in an instant! The only negative was the pillows on the bed-awful.

Maison bien située au Cap Blanc Nez, à proximité de Boulogne et de Calais

Maison agréable.Les équipements sont suffisants. En revanche, les oreillers des lits sont à remplacer. La maison comporte une mezzanine, dommage; tous les bruits de la salle à manger se répercutent dans toutes les chambres de l'étage.
