Great spot for a quick getaway

The place is very nice for the price point. Well equipped and very clean and organized well. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place just outside of town.

September getaway to see family

This unit was well furnished and completely updated ..Large attached garage was a great convenience for unloading and getting out of the elements to enter house.. Great back yard and fire pit area.. Comfortable beds for a good nights sleep.. Will definitely consider staying here again..

Fun family getaway!

This house has everything you could possibly need. Check-in was easy & there was lots of communication. I only wish we could’ve stayed all three nights, but a snowstorm decided we couldn’t. This place is also super CLEAN! We loved the basement and enjoyed the ping pong table and air hockey. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was spotless. We have never rented a property that had a many utensils, linens, dishes, clean USA le pots, games, area recommendations or options as this one. Would definitely recommend.

Escanaba Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. We had traveled North for a family reunion and it was wonderful returning to this lovely home rather than a hotel after spending the day with the family. Loved the deer and birds and the house was perfect for our needs. There was an issue with the code not working on the lock, but one call and the issue was quickly resolved. We would love to stay here again!

Spacious Relaxation

This property is clean and open for our family of five. The pingpong table had our kids playing for hours while we parents watched Netflix. Our pooch liked roaming around the large yard and watching birdies. We really loved this place. Great beds, showers, leather couches that were comfortable, and spacious kitchen. Great twin beds in both bedrooms for the kids. Awesome! Very accommodating hosts as well.

Perfect meeting spot for a winter break! We played, we shopped, we ate, and most importantly made memories!!!! Clean, close to town, had everything we needed but a griddle! All of the 4 generations had fun! Only issue was the dang door lock but a quick call and it all worked out! Even used to grill to cook steaks! Def will be making it an annual thing if we can!

Wedding weekend

The house was nice. The code never worked to get in and we had to call to get one a few times. They weee prompt and helpful. The only complaint I have is the beds are as hard as cement. The kids liked the game room. They had everything we needed.

Excellence in Escanaba

The home was exactly as described and even better. VERY clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and well supplied - they thought of everything! Super comfortable and felt so much like home. We did a lot of exploring and sight seeing and the house was great to come back to at the end of the day. We loved having campfires and had deer visiting every night! The beds were very comfortable.. We've stayed at a lot of places, all over the country and this one is hard to beat as far as comfort and cleanliness. If we're ever back in the area, this will be our first choice and we would definitely rent from the owners again. They were very accommodating, communication was prompt and they sure know how to provide an excellent stay!

The house was very clean and well stocked! Unfortunately by the time we left the recycle bin was full and was not scheduled to be emptied for a couple more weeks. This in no way impacted our enjoyment of the property though. I am just providing this as an fyi. It is centrally located for everything we wanted to do!

A Fabulous Home

Greenway Getaway home is located in a peaceful and active neighborhood that is in a great location close to stores, restaurants and parks. The neighborhood is filled with families that we found to be very friendly and welcoming during our stay. They waved as they passed by in their cars, while on daily walk, run or bike ride. The house has everything you need and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cookware, utensils and spices. We especially enjoyed the high speed internet and air conditioning on the hot days. The property managers were extremely responsive to all of our needs prior to our arrival and during our stay. We will definitely be back for more visits. Thank you for a great experience. Barb

nice clean, tidy, nothing broke, everything worked. get some queen beds in the two bedrooms where the single beds are. for adults the single beds are too small. If you could get the local abc, cbs and nbc stations it would be nice to get the local weather etc. great location in an upper scale res neighborhood. Nice. Just glad i don't live next to it. It seemed like there is a HVAC running all the time. Tried to find out how to shut it off to no avail. Sounded like a fan for the Heating/cooling was running all the time. Absolutely loved the garage. well done.

Best House we have rented

We cannot say enough good things about this property. We had a wonderful time with our two dogs for two weeks of rest and relaxation! We felt right at home. Great communications with property management and fast response with any questions. This is the best property we have rented! Very clean and well organized. They thought of everything! There is even a cabinet just for dogs. The game room in the basement was wonderful! We really enjoyed playing ping pong, foosball and air hockey. We were able to put our van in the garage which made is so much easier with our dogs! Our Shitzu loved the bay window and spent most days just looking out at the squirrels and birds. They even had a medicine cabinet in the main bathroom that was filled with so many things you may have forgotten, i.e., cotton swabs, nail polish remover, Pepto Bismol, Covid test… If you are looking to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the house for you! We will definitely rent again when we come back to the UP. The Coleman’s

Thermostat

Not everyone likes sleeping at 74 degrees. Not having thermostat access was a not pleasing. I do not understand why you do not give your guests the power to change it, but I believe you should reconsider that.

Wonderful property...Great space... Very Clean...Bonus game room was extra fun...Nature perks with providing bird seed and corn for feeding deer...40 Turkeys in the yard! Would definitely stay here again.
