Checkin was a nightmare! 2 hours in line is unacceptable. No compensation for losing 2 hours of vacation time. No blender in the room but the staff brought me one very quickly. Tv remote would not always work. Reported it to the front desk after several hours someone came to fix it but it still gave us problems. Phone in room did not work. Had to walk to the front desk for help. Never fixed. They put us in an ADA compliant room when we did not need it. I told them they should have asked me first as maybe someone actually needed it. They responded they can’t ask and they can’t tell me that I am being out there. This is ridiculous. If someone really needed that room, it should not be wasted on someone who doesn’t need or want it. No shower door so water gets everywhere in the bathroom. The gym was nice! Much Larger than most resort gyms, lap pool a plus. Couldn’t call for a ride so had to walk a lot to get to places. Pool towels not available at every pool and they are heavily guarded when present. Not my first choice resort. It was better when owned by Welk, now owned by Hyatt. So sad to see the resort take a dive in quality.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating , friendly staff however some staff was not good at giving directions. So we were unable to get a full experience of the Amenities . Overall loved the property . And the view of the upgraded rooms we got family enjoyed our stay.

Find a better option. This place was understaffed. Our room was dirty when we checked in. There is only one restaurant on site and it is terrible. The kids had fun at the pool but there was only one person watching the entire pool.

The staff was great, I had a problem with the food and the grille. My food tasted weird, they did great and gave my son something different. The biggest issue I had was with the text message service. It was difficult to get what I needed from this number as they did not respond. I attempted multiple times and it was still no success. Overall the stay was good and hopefully they can resolve this issue.

This was our worst travel experience. We were staying there for a wedding in which the after party was on location. We had called for an early check-in due to a wedding and the shuttles us taking us from the Hyatt to the venue at 3:30. We were told to come early and they will get us in as soon as a room is available. That didn't happen. We waited for a room at one of their restaurant bars. The service was beyond slow and the staff wasn't very friendly. Bartender actually kept saying could use help to others standing around, and then when someone came behind she said you can't be here. A room never became available. At 3:00 we went back to the desk saying the shuttle is leaving from out front in 30 minutes and we have to get dressed. They had a bellman bring us to a locker room to get ready. We still had all of our luggage and he stated he would make sure it got to our room. When we arrived back at our place at midnight, our luggage was there, however my jacket twas missing. Needless to say, the next morning we called lost and found and she said she would call around to find out where it might be. Of course it was never found.

It took 2 hrs to check-in at 4:30 PM. We stayed for 3 days and they never came once to clean the room. We called to ask for extra shower towels, they never came to accommodate. They are understaffed, I wouldn't comeback.

Overall, i liked the resort and for what it was. My biggest issue was staffing. I came during spring break week and you would expect staff appropriate for spring breakers. The pool was my biggest issue with staff. The same person that ran the little store was also the lifeguard, maintenance pool guy and towel guy. I stayed from Monday to Wednesday and all 3 days were like that for the pools i visited. The bar and food areas were completely backed up. I had to uber eats Burger King one day because the food was going to take too long. It should never be like that, especially for Spring Break. I went with a group of 15 and we all felt that was the biggest let down. I do also wish there was more activities to do especially in downtown plaza area. Really if it wasnt for the pool, there wasnt much more to do with kids. I had an issue with the bathroom window as well being too opaque. You can literally see 75% of someone showering in the room, silhouette and everything. Thats unacceptable. The main issues is what will hold me back from booking again. I have been to all inclusive resorts in mexico pleanty of times, and while im not saying this is that, there should be definetly more things to do especially when the sun goes down and the kids get a break from the water. Golf course was great i will say though.

Great room and very clean. We reserved the room with the jacuzzi tub for my son who was really excited for that. Our stay was good and we enjoyed the pool and the Farmers market that was on the property. This is our 2nd time and definitely will be back again. Also, wanted to say we rented a cabana at the boulder springs pool and our attendant Theo was awesome and very helpful!

We had to wait in an hour and a hald line to check in and get a key...there was no online check in (also, there were many elderly waiting in the line and not offered chairs or assistance). Many of the staff areas were understaffed...with many staff working at least 3 jobs (for instance, at the food bar by the pool there was one person taking orders, making cocktails, AND making the food...so we had another hour wasted just trying to get food) and only one staff member was near another busy family pool (who was supposedly watching the waterslide, running the consessions bar, AND they were running the kids activities). All of the staff looked stressed and miserable, understandably given how they were doing the job of two or three people. The room was clean but noisy..all of the floors creeked and all of the doors on the furniture slammed. The 1 bedroom we stayed in that supposedly fit 4 people had a dinky, run down fold out couch (that one kid barely fit on). It seemed a promising place with the amenities and activities BUT it is sorely understaffed and underserviced...except for the sales staff which are always trying to sell time shares/vacations. We won't bother with this place again.

While the property itself was clean and staff were friendly. There were a few things that we disliked from this trip. Called twice to get more towels to our room, never received them. Pool area you have to check out towels and turn them back in or you get charged $10 per towel. (Bring your own) check in was atrocious close to 2 hours and they were trying to give us a cheaper room at the higher rate we originally booked. Our room had a few things that were broken or needed maintenance of. All in all our trip was good.

The room was clean and fully stocked. The shower was so nice. Lots of pools, included activities and space. Very kid friendly. The staff were all great. Would’ve liked more food options on site.

Room was clean and the property is family friendly. Two of the pools have waterslides which was a blast for our kids. Great for our family staycation.
