“The host largely ignored our texts and requests. He never came to fix the things that he said would be sorted. The house was generally in a poor state of neglect, fridge door didn't close, kitchen kick board falling off, cooker inadequate for large group. The dishwasher stopped closing at one point and my brother fixed it after borrowing tools from a neighbour. The host just said it was working before. Pool was toxic and not maintained. My great nephew was sick after swallowing the water.……

“We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel! Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The rooms/apartments were clean and comfortable and all utilities such as the dishwasher worked without any issues. The garage was also convenient to use. There are scuffs and signs of wear throughout the hotel, but they didn't affect our enjoyment of the property. The heated outdoor pool was fantastic, and we were able to use it even when it was slightly chilly outside. When my son fell and cut himself one night,……
