「My wife and I were travelling from Alberta to Ontario, on day 3 of a multi-day drive. This was the third hotel that we booked through Expedia, with the previous two being amazing. We arrived at around 8 PM local time - tired from an almost 10-hour drive from North Dakota. As we walked in, we noticed immediately that the hotel was dated and the air quality was poor. 「Don't overlook this property if you're going to Rockford! There were many positives we experienced with both the property and hosts. We were happy to have access to the EV charger. It's pretty powerful too! The hosts were responsive to my misunderstanding with removing an adapter, going out of their way to quickly remedy the situation, and follow up to make sure it was working.There's a fire pit out back, a pretty nice set up with chairs and plenty of firewood available to burn! If time allowed...

「Front desk was closed when we arrived. We called the phone # left on a sign for guest that were locked out of their room but no answer. I called the next day and the female that answered the phone was rude and extremely condescending.」
